Barban M. Educational Managers' Training for Social and Pedagogical Projects Management.

This thesis deals with the problem of educational managers' training for social and pedagogical projects management. The essence of the phenomenon "educational manag-ers' training for social and pedagogical projects management" has been revealed as result of training that achieves in process of educational educative purposely adopt knowledge, skills and practice and expressed in preparedness to make certain acts or activity. There are components (functional and psychological), criteria (project-technological, economic-legal, functional-organizing and "social-individual interaction") and its rates of educa-tional managers' preparedness to social and pedagogical projects management were re-vealed and described in thesis. Also, standards of educational managers' preparedness to social and pedagogical projects management (high, good, basic, bad) was defined and characterized. Pedagogical conditions (educational managers' professional qualities devel-opment providing, which directed at effective social and pedagogical projects manage-ment; educational managers' availability of positive motivation to project-oriented man-agement in education field; bank of information-methodological resources development for supplying auditorium and individual work of educational managers), model and meth-odology of educational managers' training for social and pedagogical projects manage-ment are specified, scientific substantiated and experimental probated.
