The thesis is devoted to the improvement of water conditioning technology for the production of liquer-vodka drinks. Established rational physico-chemical characteristics of water prepared, providing better resistance alcoholic beverages almost doubled compared with the requirements of applicable standards. The classification of water used lіquer-vodka plants Ukraine. Established correlation between the stability of alcoholic beverages and physico-chemical parameters of water prepared. A combination of two different types of sorption materials that help to increase by 1.5 ... 1.8 times the specific release of water prepared.
