Essay

The inter- and intraspecific DNA polymorphism of the genus Aesculus L. was revealed using different types of multi-locus marker systems ISSR-, RAPD- and IRAP-primers. The informative molecular genetic-markers for comparative analysis of intraspecific and interspecific DNA polymorphism of Aesculus L. were compiled. A refined phylogeny of the genus Aesculus L. was proposed using multi-locus marker systems. For all investigated types the method of introduction into the culture in vitro was optimized, the totipotent callus from the leaf plates explants was received and regenerate plants was induced on uniform modified MS nutrient media.
