Torchevsky R. Pedagogic conditions of administrative culture development of future masters of military management in the post-graduate education system

The dissertation is devoted to the pedagogic conditions of administrative culture development of future masters of military management in the post-graduate education system. The concept "administrative culture of future masters of military management" is specified. The methodical system of administrative culture development of future masters of military management is substantiated both theoretically and experimentally on the basis of concepts of the subjective-active approach, in particular the model of administrative culture development of future masters of military management in the postgraduate education is worked out and the methods of its development are improved. Evaluation criteria of administrative culture development (such as value-motivational, cognitive, emotional-volitional, management, praxiological, evaluative, subjective) and their indices are defined concretely. Three levels of its development - low, medium and high- are emphasized.
