The features of complicated forms of MD depending on its location and adjacent anatomical structures have been studied. New approaches to its early detection and use of effective diagnosing against the background of MD have been developed and substantiated. A technique for removing the diverticulum using an original intestinal suture has been designed. Results - in children is open parietal cutting off MD between two forceps with modified single-row intestinal suturing and application of measures to protect it is an operation of choice in MD removal. The developed method allowed reducing post-operative complications from 16,13% to 3,80% and reaching no mortality in this group of patients; It is inculcated - in medical practice, in an educational process; Sphere - medical practice.
