The dissertation is dedicated to studying of morphogenesis of mandible in adult rats after implantation of biogenic hydroxyapatite into tibia and to proving efficacy of "Biomin MK" in correction of resulting disorders. Using modern techniques we obtained new data. Implantation of OK-015 results in growth lag, narrowing of the growth plate, inhibition of dentinogenesis, hyper-hydration and demineralization with organic matrix loss in both bone and incisor dentin, imbalance in microelement contents and strength decrease. We first proved that implantation OK-015 manifestations are similar to those of unfilled defect yet adaptation after 30th day runs faster. We also proved that "Biomin MK" 90 mg per kg of body weight daily reduces negative effects of experimental influence on mandibles under conditions of both filled and un-filled defects in tibia.
