Object - cryptorchidism for children with the high location of testicle in a after operation period; purpose - is an improvement of results of treatment of children, patients by a cryptorchidism, by a ground in an experiment, to development of testimonies and introduction in practice of new method of orchiopexy with preliminary implantation of implants of testicles in a scrotum; methods – clinical, laboratory, патоморфологический, morphometric, experimental, statistical, instrumental; results – it is first investigational, that in biopsy material of healthy fabrics of scrotum of children a fatty hypoderm absents; it is well-proven that hypoplasia of scrotum for children, patients by a cryptorchidism, carries innate character the expressed of which depends on the form of disease and age of patients; on the basis of clinical-morphological researches of scrotum for children, patients a cryptorchidism, it is first set that one of basic causal factors of the high послеоперационного placing of testicle is a hypoplasia of scrotum; new experimental-clinical proofs are first got that implantation of silicon implant in soft fabrics induces to education near him of connecting-tissue capsule; on the basis of complex research first developed and the new going is scientifically grounded conceptually near application of the most effective methods of surgical treatment of children, patients by a cryptorchidism, and warning of complications; grounded and well-proven efficiency of the method of surgical correction of cryptorchidism developed and inculcated in practice for children by a with hypoplasia of scrotum; branch – medicine.
