Klimov A. Clinical, laboratory and instrumental evaluation the diagnostic criteria of the development and treatment of the pancreatitis in dogs.

Object of research - diseases of the pancreas in dogs. Purpose of the work - to substantiate the clinical-laboratory and instrumental criteria to developing and diagnosis of pancreatitis and the effective treatment of dogs. Methods of study: clinical, hematological (physical, morphological, biochemical), histological, scatological, instrumental (ultrasonography), statistics. Scientific novelty: the first time in veterinary pancreatology Ukraine studied pathogenetic mechanisms of dogs pancreatitis, developed and improved clinical-laboratory and instrumental criteria of diagnosis and disease, proved effective scheme treatment of animals. At dogs pancreatitis ultrasound established characteristic changes of parenchyma of the pancreas and proved their differential diagnostic significance. Established that dogs pancreatitis is accompanied by the inclusion of liver in the pathological process and characterized by the development of cholestasis syndrome and cytolysis of hepatocytes. Proposed: scheme treatment of dogs suffering from pancreatitis. Materials of dissertation are implemented in the educational process of department of therapy and clinical diagnosis of the Southern Branch of the National University of Biological resources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, "Crimean Agricultural University", Bila Tserkva and Lugansk National Agrarian University, Poltava State Agrarian Academy, Dnepropetrovsk State Agrarian University, Department of Internal Medicine and Animal Physiology Zhytomyr National Agroecological University, Department of therapy Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology: named by S.Z. Gzhitskyi, during the teaching of subjects "Clinical diagnosis of animal diseases", "Domestic animal diseases". The proposed scheme of treatment pancreatitis of dogs used in veterinary clinics of the Melitopol city.
