Essay

In dissertation, forming and basic directions of activity of government of the Ukrainian State is investigational in 1918. On the base of study of sources base and literature the process of creation of organs of executive power on all her structural levels and basic work of Cabinet of Ministers assignments are exposed. Influence of political parties is analyzed and investigational on his forming and activity. The question of the organizational and financial providing of all ministries of government is reflected. The role of Council of Ministers is shown in becoming and development of educationally-cultural direction of that time. Drawn conclusion, that government of P. Skoropadskogo.
