For the first time the composition and technology of the new medicine in the form of ointments under the code name "Estan" including lidocaine hydrochloride, extracts of oak bark and horse chestnut seeds for treatment proctologic-diseases were scientifically developed on the basis of physicochemical, biopharmaceutical, pharmaco-technological and biological researches. The properties of the developed medicine were studded and method of quality control and conditions of shelf life of ointment "Estan" were proposed. Specific anti-inflammatory, local anesthetic, anti-microbial, wound healing reparative activity and safety of the ointment were proved. All reference documentation were developed and tested in industrial conditions
