It is first entered and mathematically grounded concept of center of іdentical reliability in the water with the networks of the ramified type systems; the mathematical model of calculation of basic reliability indexes is improved by the location of mining hole in the center of іdentical reliability. Analytical dependences of parameter of stream of refuses are set on the diameter of pipes. Sizes and mode of actual consumption water are experimentally set in a modern housing fund Poltava with the purpose of correction of charges of water at the hydraulic calculations of plumbings intranets.
