Bogdanova S. Lexical means of time daily cycle concepts representation in A. Blok's artistic legacy.

The object is the model of daily time cycle in Russian mentality, which is reflected in Russian paroemia discourse and artistic texts. The aim is systematic linguistic description of daily time cycle concepts and the means of their lexical representation in A.°Blok's artistic legacy. The methods are analytical descriptive, comparative historical, historical-etymological, linguistic cultural, conceptual, functional stylistic and structural- semantic. The specifics and the main features of artistic concepts in A. Blok's art works have been determined in the dissertation for the first time. Systematic linguistic description of these conceptual units sets up a base for the new interpretation of the poetry by A. Blok. It was determined that the concept NIGHT connected with the concepts TIME and WAY plays the dominating part among the other concepts of daily time cycle. The concepts DAY, EVENING and MORNING possess the rich figurative and associative potential, which influences the traditional view of these time categories by the features of the author's individual world view. The model of time for A. Blok is the combination of cyclic and linear notions about this category of being. The sphere is the educational process.
