The object is the latest English borrowings functioning in modern Russian youth slang. The aim is the adoption ways study; semantic, phonetic, graphic, grammatical changes taking place in the process of English words borrowing and adaptation by modern Russian youth slang, complex analysis. The methods are descriptive method, linguistic questionnaire, quantitative calculations. The newest English loan-words functioning in modern Russian youth slang are researched for the fist time, the youth slangisms thematic groups formed on the basis of the latest English borrowings are established, the separate meaning penetration models in modern Russian youth subcode have been revealed, semantic, phonetic, graphic and grammatical adaptation peculiarities of the newest English loan-words by modern Russian youth slang are investigated, "linguistic game" methods, which accompany present-day anglicisms adoption by the youth slang, are highlighted.
