Object:the national question in the Right-bank Ukraine during 1905 - 1914; goal: the reconstruction of repressive action of administrative police authority for the implementation of national policy in the Right-Bank Ukraine during 1905 - 1914 on the basis of analysis of archival and published sources and the results of previous research; methods: problem-chronological, comparative; results: author described the main directions of action and ideology of conservative forces: bureaucracy, Russian landowners, Russian Orthodox Church and right-wing parties, conducted a comparative analysis of administrative police authority actions toward Ukrainian, Jewish and Polish peoples in the Right-Bank Ukraine; novelty: first we investigated the repressive actions of administrative police authority in the implementation of national policy in the Right-Bank Ukraine, further studies of ideology and practices of Russian Orthodox Church and Russian right-wing forces in national question, actions of the Ukrainian, Jewish and Polish communities, which advocated the recognition of their cultural and politic rights, were specified; industry: history of Ukraine.
