Object of research: the state of cellular link of the immune system in patients with tuberculosis; the objective - improve diagnostics of functional state of cellular immunity in patients with tuberculosis by using intracutaneous multytesting by antigens of opportunistic causal fungi Alternaria alternata, Cladosporium sp., Monilia sitophila, Chrysonilia sitophila, Botrytis cinerea, Aspergillus mixt (A.fumigatus, A.niger), Penicillum sp. and tuberculin; research methods: clinical, anamnestic, physical, radiological, laboratory, immunologic, instrumental, statistical; novelty: firstly found that the results of delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions to antigens of Alternaria alternata, Cladosporium sp., Monilia sitophila, Chrysonilia sitophila, Botrytis cinerea , Aspergillus mixt, Penicillum sp. may serve as markers of the functional state of cellular immunity in patients with tuberculosis. The range of application is medicine.
