Dissertation is dedicated to research of theoretical, legal and organizational aspects of realization of co-ordinating activity the public prosecutor's office to a struggle against criminality. Nature of corresponding public prosecutor's activity, her object and participants, tasks and principles, legal frameworks are determined. The organization of the prosecutor's work in this sphere is examined. Considerable attention is spared to the organizational forms of co-ordinating activity, and also problems of her efficiency. Suggestions are brought in in relation to perfection of current legislation, that regulates co-ordinating activity of office of public prosecutor to a struggle against criminality, and also practices of their application.
