Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical, normative, contentive and processual principles of international tourism managers training at Turkey's universities as well as identifying the opportunities of advanced experience use in Ukrainian educational system. On the bases of national and foreign scientific literature and normative documents the analysis of the investigated problem state has been defined. A great number of the basic concepts of the research are characterized, among them: "international tourism", "manager of international tourism", "international tourism managers' training" etc.). The scientific content of the basic concepts of the study - "manager of international tourism" and "international tourism managers' training" - is concretized and clarified. They are: "manager of international tourism" is a specialist in international tourism market, who has professional qualities, competently examines the market conditions of travel services, segmentation of tourist demand, designs the organization according to the current requirements, knows the information technologies and software to facilitate the removal of the tourism industry to a new advanced stage of development; "international tourism manages' training" in the system of multilevel education is seen as a complex integrated process aimed at forming a competitive specialist of the international tourism market by mastering the relevant professional, economic and general blocks of knowledge, abilities and skills oriented to the needs of society; understanding the motives and needs of professional activities; professional development of important personal qualities and ability to improve skills for life. The basic historical stages of Turkish tourism training system development have been characterised: (1 - preіnstitutional (1139 - 1940) - spontaneous time travel, the uprising of inbound tourism, 2 - institutional (1940 - 1960 years) - the formation of academic training for tourism, 3 - stage of activation and improvement of the educational process and implementation of the innovative educational technologies into the academic process (1960 - pr. time). Social, economic, cultural and educational factors of the academic process in tourism education have been determined. The main normative, contentive and processual principles of international tourism managers training on the example of Turkey's universities have been found out. Among them are: normative (legal documents and government programs aimed at developing and improving tourism training), contentive (forming the higher education establishments to ensure the quality of training in accordance with market needs and demands of employers; education internationalization; the integration of theoretical learning and practical training as a part of academic process; the integration of classical and innovative forms and methods of training; training for a life); processual (the implementation of a social partnership mechanism; integration into a single global system of production practices in international organizations; the organization of training and work experience abroad etc.) The result of this scientific research was the identification of such features of training for the tourism industry in Turkey's schools as: the academic process at schools of tourism direction, which are structural units of the universities in Turkey, is based on the principle of consistent practical implementation of the theoretical knowledge. Great attention is paid to professional foreign language training, which includes at least three foreign languages, according to specific tourist flows. The subjects are mainly focused on interpersonal communication and a deep knowledge of a person's psychology. Detailed study is paid to legislative base in the tourism sector. The increased term of internship and practical training in real conditions positively affects the overall training and its competitiveness in the labour market. The obtaining of two diplomas (Turkish and Partner University's) is a guarantee of employment at home and abroad. The studies confirmed the importance of inter-university international cooperation and its role in the comprehensive development of the future international tourism managers. The possibility of using the experience of Turkish universities in the field of international tourism managers training in the context of national educational system at national, regional and institutional levels, taking into account regional, cultural and historical features of the development and the requirements of the labour market has been determined.
