In American pedagogy Conceptual bases, stages of heuristic learning development in American pedagogy are researched. Essential characteristics of heuristic learning as a complex nonlinear system with priorities of cognitive-creative independent activity, a strategic goal of which is creation of a meaningful for a personality educational product are found out. Fundamental principles of conceptual ideas and heuristic learning technologies such as theoretical backgrounds of humanistic and creative pedagogy, theory and practice of personality's self-realization, Socratic and modern ideas of dialogical interaction in learning are identified. It is stated that in the process of heuristic technologies development they were being enriched by such main components as independent creativity directions in learning, new principles, forms, methods and mechanisms of student's cognitive creative activity. American experience of using heuristic technologies in higher education of the USA is summarized. Comparative analysis of conceptual bases and heuristic learning technologies of the USA, Russia and Ukraine is carried out. Organizational and didactic opportunities of creative application of American experience of heuristic technologies for the optimization of a learning process, organizational and pedagogic improvement of innovative technologies in modern higher educational establishments of Ukraine are determined.
