Goreva V. Research activity of the Ukrainian Branch of Scientific Research Institute of Planning and Standards at the USSR State Planning Committee (Gosplan of the USSR) in Kyiv: economical and informological directions in records management research.

Dissertation is devoted to the research activity of the Ukrainian Branch of Scientific Research Institute of Planning and Standards at the USSR State Planning Committee (Gosplan of the USSR) in Kyiv in the field of economical and informological records management researches. The author highlighted the records management researches of the institution in 1960s–1980s in UkrSSR based on the analysis of works and issues of the Ukrainian Branch of the Institute. The subjects of the Ukrainian Branch records management studies is characterized. The author indicated that organization of management documentation process in the UkrSSR institutions, organizations and enterprises was analyzed with the aim of management activity optimization. There was highlighted the informological approaches of the Ukrainian Branch used during the analysis of documentation informational flows of the Ukrradnargosp, the UkrSSR Council of Ministers, scientific institutions and other organizations, and determined the role of the Ukrainian Branch activity in the field of records management research in the UkrSSR.
