In this dissertation there are implemented complex development problems of emotional states of juveniles-delinquents. A negative emotional state is considered as a system of conduct of a minor factor. On the basis of a systematic theoretical analysis of the behavior of juveniles was constructed of structural-functional model of its organization and shows the role of the individual's minor emotional state of the in the regulation of behavior. The system of determinants of delinquent behavior is defined as a set of subjective and objective factors. The recommendations for psychological correction of negative emotional states of minors are developed.
