The dissertation is devoted to the theoretically-empirical research of psychological conditions of the Internal Affairs Bodies officers' professional compatibility in administrative activity. It has been revealed that militia patrol-post officers' professional compatibility is provided by mutual coordination and complementation of personality individually-psychological features, motivation and value-sense spheres indicators, interpersonal interaction styles. On the basis of the received results, there have been developed the practical recommendations as to professionally-psychological selection and psychological support of the Internal Affairs Bodies officers which conduct administrative activity.
