Psychological aspects of enforcement activities and stress factors are characterized; the influence of essence and conditions of professional activity on the individuality of militia employee is analyzed; scientific approaches to the studying of the problem concerning psychosomatic disorders and psychosomatic diseases are highlighted; mechanism and main factors of risk of emerging of psychosomatic pathology among militia employees are examined; possible diagnostics of psychological preconditions of emerging and developing of psychosomatic diseases are grounded; organizational and legal, scientific and methodological bases of psychosomatic disorders and diseases among militia employees are proposed in the article.
