Kuzyuk O. Kuzyuk Oksana. Public policy of the cinema in soviet Ukraine (end of 1920-th - 1930-th)

This thesis is a complex general research on public policy in industry of the cinema in soviet Ukraine at the end of 1920-th - 1930-th. On the basis of wide circle of sources and historiography analysis investigational national features of organizational submission of the Ukrainian cinema all-union organization. A public policy and its influence is described on financial, material and technical foundations of functioning of the system of the Ukrainian cinema in the context of political development and socio-economic changes in a country at the end of 1920-th - 1930-th. The mutual relations of power are found out with the creative workers of cinematography. Influence of cinematographic art is well-proven on Ukrainian society and claim of the soviet cinema as cultural paradigms.
