Zolotarevskaya M. Morphological and functional features of white rats' spleen after imunofan and cyclophosphamide administration

The dissertation is devoted to the study of morphological characteristics of spleen of immature and mature rats after the immunofan and cyclophosphamide administration. On the experimental data a comprehensive morphological and functional study of white pulp of the spleen of laboratory rats-males after a single administration of immunosuppressive drug cyclophosphamide in high doses was carried out for the first time. It was obtained new evidence that the introduction of imunofan at the normal function of the immune system and after administration of cyclophosphamide causes marked changes in the structure of splenic white pulp for the first time with a complex of modern morphological studies. The presence of pronounced immunostimulating effect of imunofan at experimental immunosuppression induced by administration of cyclophosphamide for the first time was demonstrated. The active development of the parenchyma of the spleen to the formation of the definitive structure at the end of suckling-aged intact rats was found out.
