Thesis research deals with studying of formation and realization of Ukrainian public policy in the office-work sphere. On the basis of archival materials, normative and methodological documents, scientific publications the main features, directions and priorities of public policy in office-work on different stages of Ukrainian state in XXth - the beginning of XXIst centuries were established and analyzed, the burning problems need to be regulated on the level of public policy were detesmined, the main directions of its development were introduced.
