This dissertation is a scientific research with a new complex approach to the state interests prosecutors' defense in the field of land legal relationship. In this dissertation state interests content in the field of land legal relationship is analyzed, modern role of the public prosecutors' office, prosecutors' assurance mechanism and the substantial part of the prosecutors' activities on subject are revealed.
