The Dissertation substantiates the pedagogic stipulations of administrative thinking development of future Masters of military management within the post-graduate education system: to create professionally oriented training environment; to prove an appropriate contents of their administrative training which takes into consideration the tasks, principles and specific character of future administrative activity, as well as contributes to administrative thinking development; to apply professionally oriented methodologies and didactic technologies for conducting of training events; to provide a self-management of students in training activities; to provide intersubject connections between training disciplines. The didactic technology of administrative thinking development of future Masters of military management was worked out for their implementation.
