The state of research of the problem of forming the readiness to development and using of computer learning systems among future engineers- teachers in education theory and practice is analyzed. The essence of the concept of "readiness to the development and using of computer learning systems", structure and value components of readiness is determined on the base of expert research and analysis of the professional activity of engineer-teacher, who is develops and operates a computer learning systems. Theoretically grounded model and pedagogical conditions of readiness to development and using of computer learning systems in the future engineers-teachers, the method of formation of this readiness is developed and tested, the criteria, indicators and diagnostic tools of quantitative and qualitative assessment of formation the readiness of development and using of computer learning systems in the future engineers- teachers
