Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of structural and functional changes large intestine at toxic hepatitis. It was established that toxic liver damage carbon tetrachloride leads to severe adjustment wall large intestine, expressed vascular disorders, dystrophic, necrobiotic, infiltrative processes. Structural changes in the arteries large intestine with toxic hepatitis characterized by thickening of the wall, narrowing of the lumen, reduced index Kernohana, expressed by endothelial cells damage, endothelial dysfunction, increased hypoxia and dominated in vessels of small caliber. In the simulated pathological conditions decreased of aperture arteriolar precapillary, capillary, expanded postcapillary, venules, which was complicated by venous povnokrivyam, hypoxia. Worsening perfusion of study organ with toxic hepatitis confirmed by the dynamics of capillary-epithelial relationships. Simulated liver damage accompanied by increased free radical oxidation processes, dysfunction factors of antioxidant system, and severe disorders of cellular and humoral immunity links. Strong correlations between the relative volume of damaged endothelial cells of small caliber arteries affected epithelial cells studied organ and blood concentrations of malonic dyaldehid, diene conjugates and circulating immune complexes was established, that indicating to their important role in pathomorphogenesis lesions large intestine with toxic hepatitis.
