Essay

In the thesis the results concerning the use of probiotic preparations of the native production for the colibacillosis and salmonellosis prophylaxis when raising broiler-chicks are presented. The peculiarity of the work is the carrying out of investigations, the aim of which is the reproduction of the given disease in experimental conditions and the application of probiotics for the disease treatment and prevention. From four preparations it has been chosen one perpetration "Monosporin PK" that furthers the pathogens elimination from the chicken-broiler's organism to the 40-th day of breeding. We've proved the antagonistic relations of the preparation both under the conducting of the bacteriological investigations and in vitro using the electron microscopy. When carrying out the biological investigations of blood serum it has been demonstrated the positive effect of the probiotic "Monosporin PK" on the organism of the broiler-chicken. The economic effectiveness of using the given probiotic preparation "Monosporin PK" in production conditions when raising broiler-chickens made up 1508,33 grn per 1000 heads owing to the better safety of the stock, the bigger live weight and the less feed conversion.
