Vilchynskyy O. Ternopil printing press in1985-1991 years: structural-contextual aspect

The thesis is dedicated to investigation of structural- contextual peculiarities of the Ternopil region printing press during 1985-1991 years. Problems and state of researching of printed mass media of Western part of Ukraine during 1985-1991 are being analyzed. Three stages of development of Ternopil region printing press are distinguished: thematic, external-transformational, and inner - transformational, which are being recognized as evolutional processes. Genre-thematic and linguistic peculiarities of texts published during the mentioned period of time are elucidated. The developmental dynamics of certain genres (report, interview, feuilleton, and journalistic investigation) is reviled. The transformational processes influence on structural- contextual peculiarities of printing press is distinguished. Ideologically loaded chain of lexemes and variation of evaluative lexemes are being reinterpreted. It is proved that mass media transformations also touched syntactic aspects (dialogs, monologs, and structure of sentence) as well as headlines. The usage peculiarities of magisterial phenomena are distinguished. The paper offers some analysis methods of transformational changes in press during the inconstant period, which may as well be used for investigation of similar processes in other regions.
