Lazurina N. Person's civil competence: social and philosophic analysis

The research addresses actualization and social and philosophic conceptualization of person's civil competence. The author analyses methodological basis of person's civil competence in social philosophy, finds out main paradigms for theoretical constituency it as a problem of modern humanitarian science. The author defines main features and structural elements of person's civil competence, explains basic elements of motivation mechanism of person's civil competence. The work explores characteristics of civilization challenges of the modern world and shows their role in actualization and development of the problem of person's civil competence. The research analyses the state and perspective of person's civil competence development in modern Ukrainian society.
