Scherbatiy A. Diagnostical criteria, treatment and prevention measures at hipocobaltosis and hipocuprosis in the mares of Hutsul breed in Zacarpattya biochemical province

Object of research - pathology of mineral and vitamin metabolism in horses. Purpose of work - experimental and theoretical grounding of etiology, diagnostic criterions and group therapy of pregnant mares of Hutsul breed in case of hipocobaltosis and hipocuprosis. Methods of research: clinical, morphological composition of blood, physical, biochemical, atomic absorption, chromatographic, immunological and statistical analysis. Scientific novelty. Theoretical as well as clinical and experimental grounding of diagnostic criteria of hipocobaltosis and hipocuprosis in mares of Hutsul breed in biogeochemical province of Transcarpathia was presented. It was for the first time that main etiological factors of microelementosis of Hutsul breed mares which cause the development of complex pathology of mineral and vitamin metabolism were investigated. On the basis of research there were determined informative diagnostic criteria of hipocobaltosis and hipocuprosis in pregnant mares in the case of the combined course. The treatment and preventive effect of mineral and vitamin premix Marmix was experimentally and theoretically grounded. The results of investigation are used in scientific and educational work at the Department of Internal Diseases of Animals of Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after S.Z. Gzhytskyj, the Department Therapy and Clinical Diagnostics National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, therapy and clinical diagnostics National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University the South Branch of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine "Crimean Agrotechnological University", the Department of Internal Diseases and Clinical Diagnostics Dnipropetrovs'k State Agrarian University, the Department Internal Diseases of Animals and Physiology of Zhitomyr National Agroecological University, the Department of Therapy of Poltava State Agrarian Academy, the Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Diagnostics named after prof. A.B. Baydevlyatova Sumy National Agrarian University. Methodical recommendations "Hipocobaltosis and hipocuprosis of mares in biogeochemical of Transcarpathia province" were developed.
