Kabachnyj O. Formation of scientific methodical approaches to the medicamental supply of the population while introduction of the family medicine

According to the results of marketing investigation, the consumer's advantages of the families in getting pharmaceuticals, mobidity structure, attitude to the self-treatment, etc. have been identified. It allowed to ground the contents of the family first aid kit. The structure of formular article structure has been improved, it has been proposed to add them with an additional heading "Special information" for the family physicians while giving urgent aid. Analysis of the current state and standard legal basis for the formular system introduction in Ukraine demonstrated a necessity to elaborate organization and methodical approaches to the development and introduction into the practice of the health care centres including the primary medical sanitary aid centres local formulars of pharmaceuticals. To rationalize the tactics of pharmacotherapy prescribing by the family physicians it has been introduced a concept of "outpatient formular of the pharmacueticals" and an algorithm for its development has been designed. The complex results consist of scientific and methodical base for the improvement of medicamental supply of the population while introduction of the family medicine.
