Dobrovolska V. Document management in culture command unit of Ukraine: social-communicative aspect

Thesis is a comprehensive research study of functioning system in managment documentation in culture command unit. In this work was analyzed the development and current state of document management. Analyzed the main features of this system in the culture administration. Disclosed theoretical and methodological principles and the technique of research system document management in relation to the communication environment that happened in the culture management of Ukraine. The communication component also included the development of system-functional and system-communication model system document management. The dynamics of the communication needs of cultural managers and proved their constant and dynamic components. The expediency of improving the system through the development of a strategic plan for its development. The plan defined the mission of the system and implemented its decomposition. The basic directions of the implementation of this strategy.
