Essay

In the dissertation design of inactivated vaccines against bovine leukemia and specific oligoribonucleopeptide with activity of transfer factor is theoretically proved and experimentally verified. Inactivated vaccine against bovine leukemia has surface and internal proteins of the virus, sobbed on erythrocytes and aluminum hydroxide. Subcutaneous immunization, provided twice with a 7-day-interval, causes the formation of short-term humoral immunity. The mode of producing specific oligoribonucleopeptide with activity of transfer factor for bovine leukemia virus antigens is developed, that includes sensibilization of animals, selection and processing spleen leukocytes, obtaining specific oligoribonucleopeptide. Designed drugs are harmless, arektogenic, forming specific immunity in the body of experimental animals. The developed system of complex use of inactivated vaccine against bovine leukemia with previous injection of specific oligoribonucleopeptide with activity of transfer factor activates in sheep organisms a cellular immunity and condition of relative humoral tolerance to inactivated antigen, allowing differentiating post-vaccine antibodies against infectious ones.
