Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development the molecular-biological methods for analysis of Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii Brandt, 1833) genome by means of various types of DNA markers (ISSR-, RAPD-PCR, PCR-RFLP and STS). The efficiency of DNA extraction from different fish tissues have been investigated. The influence of DNA quality on the proceeding of site-specific and multilocus amplification have been studied.
