Essay

This thesis focuses on the analysis of the essence of South Ukrainian Education and Pedagogical thought basic tendencies of the second half of the 19th - the beginning of 20th century. The social-economic preconditions of regional educational system formation are defined. The problem of South Ukrainian educational system development under polyethnic conditions is studied. The results of the research of regional educational institutions activity are presented. The charecteristic of the system of pedagogical specialists' training is revealed. The pecularities of pedagogical ideas realization of South Ukrainian pedagogical thought progressive representatives within the activity of regional educational institutions are revealed.
