Species specificity and individual features of cytogenetic variability of pigs, cattle, horses, and laboratory mice under the influence of radiation and infection was studied. There were found when researching pigs increasing of frequency of lymphocytes with micronuclei, percent of aneuploidy, chromatid breaks and fragments under the influence of chronic low-dose ionizing irradiation in comparison with control. The influence effect of radiation of animal keeping area on display of mentioned above cytogenetic breaches was 67,7 %, 71,8 %, 41,7 %, 36,8 %, respectively. Under the influence of low-dose ionizing irradiation there were found for cattle the increasing of frequency of lymphocytes with micronuclei, aneuploidy cells and apoptosis in comparison with control. The influence of researching factor on these cytogenetic parameters is 47,8 %, 63,5 %, 14,3 % respectively. When infecting cattle with bovine leucosis virus there were detected statistically significant increasing of chromatid breaks and fragments frequency. There were found increasing of chromosom fragmentation frequency, when infecting horses and laboratory mice with bloodparasitic diseases agent (Babesia equi, Anaplasma phagocytophilum). Held correlation analysis showed the specificity of formation of micronuclei. Under low-dose ionizing irradiation micronuclei consist of whole chromosomes, at infectionous state they consist of chromosome fragments.
