Anfinogentov V. Increase of effectiveness of the process of a prerepair wash of cargo tanks of oil vessels

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of an important scientific and practical problem of increase of effectiveness process of a prerepair wash of cargo tanks of oil vessels at the expense of decrease in energy consumption to minimal-inevitable level when ensuring the complete removal of oilremains from tanks. The developed complex research methodology of a cargos' compartments wash process, including processes of sticking, deduction and removal of an oilremains layer predetermined a systemic principle and focus of the solution of the main and auxiliary research problems. Methodology is based on the scientific and reasonable situation that sticking and deduction of oilremains on a cargos' surfaces compartment occurs at the expense of the intermolecular forces defining the nature of adhesion, thus the quantity of the stuck oilremains is defined by their density, viscosity and surface intention. As a result of research problem solving mathematical and physical models, rated schemes and methodical recommendations adapted for engineering calculations, intended for the research and analysis of the technological remains formation process of the oil products unloadings of a tanker, hydrodynamic and thermal impact of a stream of washing water on a layer of oilremains, determination of operated parameters of the wash process (diameter of nozzles of the washing machine, temperature and pressure of washing water), which provides the cargos' tanks full cleaning are developed at minimal-inevitable level of energy consumption.
