The object of research: human potential UAS / UAS 1918-1928 biennium. The aim of research: to analyze the features and trends of human resources UAS/AUAS in 1918-1928 years. The subject of research: characteristics and trends of Ukrainian academic research in Anthropological dimension. The methods of research: analytical, synthetic, historic-genetic, historic-comparative, problem-chronological. The results of research and novelty: supplemented and refined data addressing staff UAS/AUAS during the 1920s. Investigated the dynamics of the human resources of colleges and natural science in the Academy. Analyzed using elements of comparative analysis of age, gender and social structure frames UAS / UAS. The sphere of usage: the further research of the current subject, writing of the synthesis works, manuals, reading of the high school courses on the history of Ukraine.
