A research object is an enterprise as phenomenon public life. Purpose - to find out the aksiologicheskuyu orientation of enterprise and on the basis of essence descriptions of this phenomenon to present him in sociokul'turnom space of society. Research was based on the scientific methods of ascent from abstract to concrete, to unity historical and logical, analysis and synthesis, classification, definicii. Considerable prospects have results of the phenomenon of enterprise conducted in dissertation work of analysis for his subsequent philosophical and mezhdisciplinarnykh researches, related to the self-expression of social subject and improvement of his activity in the conditions of globalization of society. Scientific novelty: the role of enterprise is certain in constituting of aksiosfery society, aksiologicheskiy potential of enterprise is analysed, his influence on systematization of the valued priorities, their hierarchy and change of paradigms; enterprise etos is described as world view embodiment of private interest of business, conditioned the overvalue of values and claim of principles of individualism and rationalism entity; a place is exposed of enterprise in transformation of social justice and derivative from it virtues, such, as will, equality, responsibility and trust, in the system of the valued relations of society, based on a market economy; influence of entrepreneurial activity is exposed with its innovation and innovative possibilities on expansion of aksiosfery sociuma due to circulation of scientific knowledges and increase of informative streams. The basic results of dissertation research are reflected in 10 publications, including in 5 articles, published in the specialized scientific editions. Nauchno-teoreticheskie developments and actual material of work can be used for preparation to the educational courses on philosophy and contiguous disciplines, such, as sociology, history of economic studies, management. They can enter in the programs of the special courses for bachelors, master's degrees and graduate students, related to the comprehension of problems of man and society in the context of communicative processes, forming of culture and civilized of intercourse on the different levels of social co-operation.
