Essay

During complex research using anatomical, histological, morphometric, histochemical and statistic methods were studied regularities of hip joint and its capsulae structure during postnatal period normally and after antigen influence. For the first time was determined peculiarities of joint capsulae thickness and development of hip joint articular cavity in dynamic normally and after antigen stimulation. Were analysed dynamic of polysaccharides and glycoconjugats distribution normally and during antigen injection. For the first time was described distribution of cells, collagen and elastic fibers, amorphous substance and quantitative dynamic of fibroblasts, fibrocyts an mast cells normally and after antigen influence. It was proved the link between the formation of joint capsulae structural elements and content in it of lymphocytes. It was investigated disproportional phenomenon in the formation of the skeleton, taking place on the background of biosynthetic imbalances.
