Essay

The thesis focuses on the research of global concepts genesis, its contemporary scientific and technological, informational, political, economic, ecological and socio-cultural factors. The productive, commercial and marketing, investment and financial, migration and labor, infrastructure components of economic globalization had been identified. It's quantitative and qualitative, current and prospect, positive and negative emergences as well as consequences had been analyzed. The preconditions, factors and particularities of global economy evolvement as a subjected, institutional, sectored, division and function structured multileveled system had been revealed. A comparative characteristics to States and Governments, interstate integration formations, official international organizations, transnational corporations, leader-cities, clusters, global networks, influential individuals and personalities, informal groups and organizations as global economic system subjects had been given. It has been shown that the global economic system in the structural aspect is represented by real and financial, speculative and virtual sectors, as well as by manufacturing and servicing, traditional and new industries. It has been argued that the basis for the global economy is the global market (of finance, goods, services, labor, investments, innovations) which acts as a mechanism for balancing global demand and global supply with the increasing interaction of national, regional and transnational markets. The priority of innovative component into the management of global corporations based on the concept of creativity formed by the educational system in the complying environment on the personal, group, organizational, national and global levels emerging through the thinking and managerial activity has been substantiated. A multiple estimation of innovative and creative potential of Ukrainian business structures development with the consideration of transnationalisation and innovative activity tendencies limited by the financial and resources, market and behavioral factors on the basis of inter-country comparative analysis has been made.
