Object: lines 98/06, 99/06, 350/06, 352/06, 144/07, varieties, hybrids (F1–F4) of winter bread wheat. Aim: to studying of the possibility of using the winter wheat lines 98/06, 99/06, 350/06, 352/06 and 144/07 for group resistance to the pathogens of the widespread diseases. Methods: field, laboratory- field, phenological investigations, statistic. Novelty: it has been found that the lines 98/06, 99/06, 350/06, 352/06 are resistant to the pathogens of leaf and stem rusts, powdery mildew and common bunt. The resistance was controlled by dominant Pm, Lr, Sr, Bt-genes. The line 144/07 was resistant to leaf, stem rusts and common bunt. The resistance of the line was controlled by effective Lr, Sr, Bt-genes. Results: it has been found that the lines 98/06, 99/06, 350/06, 352/06 are resistant to the pathogens of leaf and stem rusts, powdery mildew and common bunt. The resistance was controlled by dominant Pm, Lr, Sr, Bt-genes. The line 144/07 was resistant to leaf, stem rusts and common bunt. The resistance of the line was controlled by effective Lr, Sr, Bt-genes. These genes are not identical to the known genes and originated from Triticum erebuni and Amphidiploid 4. Lr, Sr-genes of the lines 98/06, 99/06, 350/06, 352/06, 144/07 were tightly linked. The linkage of Lr, Sr-genes with Pm and Bt-genes was not found. The analysis of the genetic background of the resistance to the diseases testified that the lines 98/06, 99/06, 350/06, 352/06 can be used as the sources of group resistance to the pathogens of leaf and stem rusts, powdery mildew and common bunt. The line 144/07 is a donor of resistance to the pathogens of leaf and stem rusts and common bunt. Application stage: new lines 139/11, 164/11, 186/11, 233/11, 236/11, 240/11, 285/11, 287/11, 307/11, 314/11, 342/11 have been developed that are resistant to the group of wheat diseases pathogens and have high indexes of agronomically important traits. Application area: SIE of NAAN, MinAPK of Ukraine.
