Object: process of professional training of future economists in higher educational establishments; purpose: to ground theoretically, to work out and to verify experimentally didactical system-imitational games for professional training of future economists; methods: analysis of scientists' views on the problem of working out the system of professional training of future economists by means of didactical system-imitational games; classification and systematization of theoretical data according to content, methods and means of the system of forming of professional knowledge; system (structural-functional)analysis for defining of professional skills, which it is necessary to form at students; methods of modeling for working out models of the system of professional training of future economists by means of didactical system-imitational games; logical generalization and prediction at working out conclusions and recommendation as for improving of efficiency of the system of professional training of future economists by means of didactical system-imitational games; pedagogical experiment for defining of efficiency worked out system of professional training of future economists by means of didactical system-imitational games; questionnaires, interviews, pedagogical observation to educational activity of students; mathematical methods of statistical processing of experimental data (verifying of statistical hypotheses, dispersion and correlation analysis), with the help of which number of dependences between indexes of research have been defined; novelty: for the first time there have been theoretically grounded, worked out and experimentally verified the conception of professional training of future economists on the base of system integration of subject-object (subject-activity) and subject-object-subject approaches, which gives opportunity to form at future economists as a system of individual so as a system of combining professional activity and professional groups; new class didactic games - didactical system-imitational games, which realize worked out conception of professional training of future economists and provide simultaneous forming of professional-production skills, social- production abilities and professional groups; model of didactical system-imitational games for professional training of future economists, which display organizational and psychological subsystem of individual and combine activity of economists; indexes of experimental evaluation of efficiency of professional activity of future economists, development is in using of criterion and indexes of formation as professional-production skills so as social-production abilities and professional groups.
