Methods and models of management of projects and programs of the machine building (MB) enterprises IT-readiness increase have been developed. It is based on determining the present and planning state of IT-readiness taking into account support kinds of life cycle processes of MB projects. Scientific research results are: first development of method of formation of IT-readiness increase program, which provides rising of realization efficiency of portfolio of MB products creation projects by means of modern information technology introduction; evaluation method of IT-readiness increase programs, which characterize information support influence on MB products creation in the form of integrated indicator, that is formed on the basis of weight evaluation of support kinds. Models of structure formation of information support system on the basis of logical-algorithmic models of regular schemes language of process network have been improved. Models take into account integration variants for the projects description formation and IT-readiness increase programs. Model of indirect system status evaluation for the determination of projects priority in the frame of IT-readiness increase program has been developed. Developed methods and models are scientific and methodical basis for creation of formation tools of projects description in the frame of the machine building enterprises IT-readiness increase program.
