Object - appendicular peritonitis in children; goal - to improve the results of treatment of children with appendicular peritonitis due to the development of differentiated methods of rehabilitation of the abdominal cavity, effective methods of detoxification and postoperative monitoring of patients; methods - a retrospective review of medical records, general clinical, biochemical, immunological, bacteriological, radiological, ultrasonographic, mathematics and statistics; novelty - developed and applied in practice, differentiated approaches to methods of rehabilitation of the abdominal cavity depending on the prevalence of inflammation, identified specific indications for programmable overlay laparostomy, the program proved correct manifestations of endotoxemia, including methods of extracorporeal detoxification and enteral therapy was first determined the effectiveness of combined use of plasmapheresis, UVR and laser correction in endotoxemia and immune status, necessity of dynamic ultrasound monitoring, systematic sonographic signs of peritonitis and its early complications; results -Іmplement methods of ultrasonic monitoring will significantly improve the quality of early diagnosis of complications in the postoperative period with appendicular peritonitis in children of early relaparotomiy decreased from 7.0 to 2.0%, using techniques developed comprehensive treatment appendiceal peritonitis in children has reduced the number of complications of local and diffuse peritonitis from 12.0 to 3.5% when spilled - of 22 , 1 to 12.2%, and to achieve reductions in the duration of hospitalization in diffuse peritonitis from 19.5 to 14.0, with diffuse - from 25.2 to 19.7 days; аll the methods are introduced in a medical practice, educational process;branch-medicine.
