Komarnickiy I. The Socio-cultural Dimension of the Hospitable Service

The sociocultural dimension of hospitable service is examinated in this dissertation, the available literature on the problem is analyzed and summarizd, the key concepts of "hospitality", "service", "hospitable service", "culture of the service", "socio-cultural dimension" are specified. Also the features of the development of the European hospitality are traced, based the cultural and historical conditioning of the domestic hospitable service are substantiated. The value of the hospitable service is also analyzed, considering its role in the transformation processes of the modern Ukrainian society, and also the level of the information to the ensure the functioning of hospitality services in Ukraine is determined.
