Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to complex research of problem of transformation one regiments of the Ukrainian Cossack state - Kropyvna regiment. The process of becoming and functioning of the Kropyvna Cossack regiment is considered as component part of the Ukrainian Cossack state. Military-political and socio-economic evolution of the Kropyvna Сossack regiment (hundred) is reproduced, the analysis of natural-geographical and socio-economic terms of formation of regiment is carried out, the role of regimental petty officer in history of Ukraine is shown XVII ages.
